Health, activity and recovery

The NEX brings sleep, heart rate, HRV, stress and daily activity together in the NOLATR app, helping you follow personal trends over multiple days and gain more insight into movement, sleep and recovery. The ring is a consumer wearable and is not intended for medical diagnosis.

Bluetooth and offline synchronisation

The NEX connects via Bluetooth 5.2. It can also record data without an active phone connection and synchronise it later when the Bluetooth connection becomes available again.
